The annual Narrows Festival of the Arts was a huge success Sunday! Tropical Storm Hannah blew in and blew out Saturday night and left a beautiful sunny day for the festival, part of which was carried live on mvyradio.com.Carrie Rodriguez kicked off the main stage, located outside the Narrows Center for the Arts on Anawan Street. Above, Carrie and her band put together their set list moments before performing.
