Steve: It turns out that Delaney had a very close Fall River connection. For a period of years during the late 1980s and early 90s, he spent a lot of time with a Fall River guy named Tom Donnelly, known as "TD" or "Teed" to his friends. In fact, Teed was said to be managing Delaney during a portion of this time, having uprooted and relocated to the Los Angeles area for a spell. I'm certain there are other local folks who remember him. Sadly, Tom died after battlling cancer some years ago. I met him on a couple of occasions, through mutual friends. He was a sweet guy.
